It looks like rehab did Tara well! She was at the Cannes Film Festival over the weekend having a rip roaring good time with her boyfriend.
I can’t help but wonder, did they meet IN rehab? He looks like just as big of a mess as she does in which case I suppose they are perfect for each other.
She should have taken a note from Lindsay- NEVER pick someone up while you’re in rehab- you will always be the sloppy second to their drug of choice… Fortunately in this case it looks like it doesn’t matter.

There are some other pics that were posted today–of course I forget where now–but she was in a bikini and her stomach was looking wayyyy better.

What I don’t get is how sometimes it looks good (I use the term loosely), and sometimes it’s like a waterlogged leather bag, blech.
